With 25+ years of management experience and 20+ years of IT experience, Debra brings a wealth of expertise to Concert IDC, from operations management and business process improvement to strategic direction and channel management. As CEO, she serves both our U.S. and India offices to achieve optimum performance throughout the company. She has performed with several technology start-ups, overseen successful acquisitions, and developed national partnerships with major players like Microsoft.

Brandon is an accomplished C-level executive who provides visionary leadership, strategic direction, and marketing insights for Concert IDC. He was co-founder and CEO of IDC, building the firm from a startup to a successful merger with ConcertCare. Brandon was also co–founder and COO of Innova Zones, an industry leader in data management services. Before that, he had a successful career as a VP with Justin Brands, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he led sales, marketing, product development, and brand management.

Sanjay Bhati has “been there, done that.” In his 25+ years in business, he’s handled many vital functions, from finance to accounts to human resources. Sanjay has held senior positions in shared services, outsourcing, and human resources in the past two decades. He’s an expert in outsourcing, having led many companies through organization design, strategy development, delivery center setup, transition management, and continuous improvement.

Cecil brings a wealth of financial expertise to Concert IDC. He’s advised and worked with software companies for 40+ years and has 25+ years of experience with venture capital companies, publicly traded firms, and mergers & acquisitions. A CPA since 1980, Cecil was a partner with an international accounting firm and has served clients in various industries, including technology and life sciences, manufacturing, food and beverage, and automotive.

At the helm of the Strategic Accounts department, James offers the best of both worlds: someone who can brainstorm big ideas while handling the most minor details. His specialties include communication, creative problem-solving, strategic planning, and creating business plans and investor presentations. He is especially fascinated by technology-enabled services and entrepreneurial finance. James holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Srini is an IT professional with 15 years of varied work experience across the Healthcare, Retail, and Automobile industries, which includes Project Implementation and Management, Application Support, Vendor Management, Systems and Process Management, and Startup. He has extensive hands-on experience managing projects with cross-functional team process automation initiatives. His knowledge and experience in managing offshore software development teams make him an integral part of the team.

Vinoth is an IT professional with 11 years of experience in various fields such as Banking, Retail, and Healthcare Domain. He has served roles and designations in people, operations, and project management. Vinoth has partnered and has in-depth knowledge about Application Support, Vendor Management, and Start-ups. He also served the role of cofounder for Novel Info Solutions, a software development company that specializes in application integration, web development, web-enabled solutions, etc.

Kannan is an expert in driving digital business transformation programs to ensure teams are "Doing the Right Things and Doing the Things Right." He has expertise in various technologies and frameworks with diverse domain experience across Projects and Program Management, Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Supply Chain, CRM, and Operations, driving business growth and operational efficiency. He's a technology-agnostic cloud enthusiast with a dozen Azure Certifications, helping deliver well-architected systems for business solutions. Kannan is self-driven with a keen eye for learning. He loves a challenge and is always open for a discussion over coffee.
